At Vasa Living, we deal in high-value furniture and home products. Due to the nature of these products and supplier limitations, we maintain a strict no return, no replacement, and no refund policy.

### 1. No Return / No Replacement / No Refund Policy

- We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds under any circumstances including:
  - Change of mind
  - Dislike of product
  - Minor variations in color, finish, or size
  - Post-delivery issues

All sales are considered final.

### 2. Exception: Transit Damage Claims (Limited Case Only)

A claim will only be considered if ALL conditions below are met:

- Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Customer must provide a continuous unboxing video
- Video must:
  - Start before opening the package
  - Clearly show sealed packaging
  - Show complete unboxing without cuts
  - Clearly display the damage

❗ Without valid video proof, no claims will be accepted under any circumstances.

### 3. Delivery Confirmation & Customer Acceptance

- At the time of delivery:
  - Product condition is verified
  - Customer acknowledgment (signature/photo/video) is recorded

Once the product is accepted at delivery:

- It is deemed delivered in perfect condition
- No further claims will be entertained

### 4. Internal Quality Check Process

- Every product undergoes strict quality inspection before dispatch
- Packaging and dispatch condition may be recorded for verification purposes

### 5. Resolution for Approved Claims

- If a claim is approved (rare cases):
  - Resolution will be at the sole discretion of Vasa Living
  - This may include:
    - Repair support
    - Replacement (only if approved and feasible)
    - Store credit

❗ Refunds are not guaranteed and generally not applicable

### 6. Manufacturer Warranty

- Products may be covered under manufacturer warranty (if applicable)
- Warranty claims must be handled directly as per warranty terms

- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
- Cancellation before dispatch is subject to approval
